Agapakis is a longtime resident of Sudbury. She has been a Realtor since 1994 serving the local community and surrounding towns. Effie and her husband, John, have two college age daughters who attended Sudbury's excellent public schools.

Effie was born, raised and educated in Athens, Greece. She has a Pharmacy Degree and owned and operated a pharmacy before moving to the Boston area and starting her real estate career.

Effie is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the Multiple Listing Service. She has extensive experience in Corporate Relocation and Buyer Representation.
